At Mr Matcha, we currently ship orders within Australia.

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed after our daily processing cutoff may be processed on the following business day.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during sales, promotions, public holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Delivery times

After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are generally 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Regional and remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order.

Free shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $99 AUD within Australia.

The free shipping threshold is calculated based on the eligible order subtotal before shipping charges.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Please use the tracking information provided to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Delayed or missing orders
